I find myself struggling in the cold Colorado winters. The snow and cold are beautiful but depressing. To keep my sanity, I would go on long walks in my old neighborhood of Park Hill. The walks kept me grounded, letting me feel the chill of the cold air and the warmth of winter sun on my face. I enjoyed watching the blue shadows in the snow.
